Once you place your order we will get ready to send Benedetta your way! Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200 applies to domestic (US) deliveries only.
Each order is subject to product availability. We will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact FedEx directly if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

Benedetta accepts returns only on US orders within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. You can then place a new order.
Returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags and labels attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Benedetta reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. We do not offer free returns.
Once your package arrives at our receiving center we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. A confirmation containing refund details will be emailed to you.
Note: refunds may take 5 to 10 days to reflect on your credit card account.
Sale items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on items on sale.

Benedetta ships to most
Benedetta ships to most international destinations. We use FedEx or the local courier service, depending on your country. Prices in our website are in US dollars.
We offer free international shipping on orders over USD$300. Shipping costs for orders under USD$300 will be calculated upon check out. Costs will vary depending on your country.
We do not pay for duties and taxes in case there are any. All taxes are responsibility of the international customer. We recommend contacting your local city of residence for information regarding these costs. The price associated with duties and taxes vary from country to country. We do not accept international returns.
What items are refundable?
Items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
What if the item I received is damaged?
Please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase to get a refund or exchange on defective items. You must include your full name and address, your order # and a photographic evidence along with a brief description.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please email us ASAP at email@example.com with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
